Credits pay for generating figurines. Printing one is priced and paid for separately, only after an engineer has reviewed the file.
A credit is what you spend to generate a 3D model -- a figurine, keychain, lamp, or any Creative Lab object. How many credits a specific object costs is shown before you generate; it varies by object type and by stage (concept vs. build).
Yes. Your credit balance is shared across every generation type -- top up once, then spend it on any figurine or Creative Lab object, in any mix.
Yes -- every pack shows its price per credit, and the larger packs are meaningfully cheaper per credit than the smaller ones. Check the per-credit price shown on each pack before you buy.
It depends on the pack -- each pack's validity is shown before you buy. Some packs never expire; others are valid for a set number of days from purchase. Credits you've already bought keep the expiry they were sold with, even if that pack's terms change later.
You're never charged for a failure on our end -- the credit is automatically refunded to your balance, no need to contact support. This only covers a genuine failure, not simply changing your mind after a concept is generated.
For Creative Lab, yes -- you get one free reroll of the concept step per generation before further concept retries cost a credit. The build step (turning a concept into your final model) is always charged, since that's the expensive part.
Yes -- new accounts start with a free credit, no purchase required, so you can try a generation before you buy.
