Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Nairobi, with pickup also available. Delivery method and address are collected at checkout.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled through Mpesa on a trusted Payment Provider.
What if my file doesn't have a price yet?
Some files (unsliced, or from a slicer we can't read estimates from) need a manual quote — upload it and we'll price it by hand, usually within a day.
Can I print anything?
You'll confirm you own the rights to a design (or that it's your own work) before submitting. Every order is also reviewed by an engineer before it's approved — that review can flag or decline a design.
How long does a print take?
It depends on the part, material, and quality tier you pick — your order page shows real-time status from upload through delivery.
