Questions

Good to know before you upload.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Nairobi, with pickup also available. Delivery method and address are collected at checkout.

How do I pay?

Payment is handled through Mpesa on a trusted Payment Provider.

Will I see a price straight away?

Usually, yes. We slice STL and 3MF files the moment you upload them, so you see the weight, print time and an estimated price within seconds. STEP files and some multi-colour files are priced by an engineer instead, usually within a few hours. Either way, an engineer checks your file before you pay.

What files can I upload?

STL, 3MF and STEP. The size limit is shown on the upload page. A 3MF exported from Bambu Studio keeps your own settings.

Can I print anything?

You'll confirm you own the rights to a design (or that it's your own work) before submitting. Every order is also reviewed by an engineer before it's approved — that review can flag or decline a design.

How long does a print take?
