TL;DR — the short version
- We're a manufacturer, not a marketplace. We print files you upload or design — we don't sell or redistribute anyone's models.
- You keep ownership of what you upload. We only use it to quote, print, support, and (if you ask) reprint your order.
- You're responsible for the rights to what you upload. We don't verify third-party ownership or licensing — that's on you.
- Some things we won't print: weapons/firearm parts, counterfeit or copyright-infringing designs, and anything illegal, unsafe, or fraudulent.
- You don't pay before we've reviewed your order, and production only starts once payment (or an approved PO) clears.
- Cancel free before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may carry a charge for work already done.
- 3D-printed parts have real physical quirks — visible layer lines, minor dimensional variation, some color/finish variation between runs. That's normal, not a defect.
- Not certified for safety-critical, medical, food-contact, or load-bearing use unless we've expressly agreed to that in writing.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Check your order within 7 days of arrival and flag any damage or discrepancy right away.
- No "change of mind" returns since everything is custom-made — but we'll reprint, repair, or refund genuine manufacturing defects.
- Your uploaded file is deleted after our retention window. We keep order history and metadata, not the file itself.
- Kenyan law governs these Terms, and we'll try to resolve any dispute directly before anything more formal.
