This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the Shanga Labs Platform, including file uploads, the Creative Lab AI generation feature, and your account. It supplements, and does not replace, the customer representations in Section 7 and the prohibited content list in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or business, or maintain more than one account to evade a suspension or an abuse control (for example, free-reroll or promo-code limits).
You may not upload, request, or order the manufacture of:
Orders involving any of the above are routed to engineering review rather than auto-approved, and may be refused, cancelled, or reported to relevant authorities.
Creative Lab generates a 3D model from a text prompt or reference image you provide. You may not use it to generate, and we may refuse or remove:
You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit, and for confirming you have any rights needed in a reference image, in the same way you're responsible for a file you upload directly.
You may not: attempt to bypass engineering review or the payment gate that sits in front of production; scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Platform's security without our prior written authorization; abuse rate limits, free-reroll allowances, credit packs, or promo codes through automation or duplicate accounts; or otherwise use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it.
Violating this Policy may result in an order being refused, cancelled, or routed to manual review; suspension or termination of your account; and, where required or permitted by law, a report to relevant authorities. Section 19 of our Terms & Conditions governs order and account termination generally.
If you believe content on the Platform violates this Policy or infringes your rights, contact us at prints@shangalabs.com. Intellectual property claims specifically should follow the notice procedure in Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
